Ok, here's my rough idea of an attainable weight loss goal plan: (higher caloric deficit until I can do more strenous workouts; I hope to be back up to 2200 calories per day soon to keep my metabolism burning)

Weight Loss Stage One
January 31: 330
February 28: 315
March 31: 300
April 30: 285
May 31: 270
June 30: 255
July: 240

Weight Loss Stage Two
August: 230
September: 220
October: 210
November: 210
December: 210

Daily = .5 pounds
Weekly = 3.5 pounds

3500 calories per pound / 1750 = .5 pound
Average caloric intake to maintain: 2800 calories per day
Caloric deficit needed per day: 1, 200
Exercise needed: 600 calories
